We are a peace and justice church. We practice nonviolence. Our congregation sponsors immigrant families seeking refugee and asylum status. Our members write letters to prisoners on death row. We collect clothing and cases of water and deliver them to the Navajo Nations.
We believe that all people are beloved children of God. We welcome LGBTQ+ people into membership and leadership. Our ministers officiate at traditional and same-sex weddings.
Spirituality is about deepening our connection with God and God's creation. We pray for God to transform us on an individual level, opening us up to the sacred all around us, and on a societal level, by building the kingdom of God. We try to deepen our spirituality through the ministries of worship, education, fellowship and mission.
